- Wedding Photography: Shaadi ki har ek khoobsurat yaad, candid aur traditional dono styles mein capture ki jaati hai.
- Pre-Wedding Shoots: Couple ki journey ko creative locations par, cinematic angles ke saath shoot kiya jaata hai.
- Event Photography: Engagement, birthdays, anniversaries, aur corporate events ke liye professional coverage.
- Product & Commercial Photography: Business, brands aur products ki high-quality tasveerein, marketing aur promotional use ke liye.
Videography
- Cinematic Wedding Films: Aapke shaadi ke din ko ek emotional, cinematic kahani mein badla jaata hai.
- Event & Corporate Videography: Functions, launches, aur business events ka professional video coverage.
- Product & Commercial Videos: Brands aur products ke liye creative, high-definition promotional videos.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation
Booking confirm hone ke liye, total package amount ka 30%-50% non-refundable advance dena zaruri hai. Bina advance ke dates block nahi kiye jaate.
Payment Timeline
Baaki ka payment event ke din ya final delivery se pehle clear karna hoga, as per mutual agreement.
Accepted Payment Methods
Hum cash, bank transfer, UPI, aur major credit/debit cards accept karte hain. Detailed invoice har client ko diya jaata hai.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Client dwara booking cancel karne par, advance amount non-refundable rahega.
- Agar unforeseen circumstances ki wajah se shoot reschedule karna ho, toh hum best efforts lagaenge mutually convenient date arrange karne mein.
- Company dwara cancellation (force majeure ke alawa) par, pura advance client ko refund kiya jaayega.
4. Copyright & Ownership
- All photos & videos are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name].
- Client ko personal, non-commercial use ke liye high-resolution images/videos milte hain. Commercial use ya redistribution ke liye written permission required hai.
- Special copyright transfer ya buyout policy, sirf written agreement par valid hai.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Time par cooperation aur required information/proofs provide karna.
- Shooting locations ke liye permissions, passes, ya entry charges client ko arrange karne hote hain.
- Events ke dauraan respectful behavior maintain karna, taaki shoot smoothly ho sake.
6. Delivery Timeline
- Edited photos/videos ki estimated delivery 2-6 weeks ke andar hoti hai, workload aur project complexity ke hisaab se.
- Jaldi delivery ya express turnaround additional charges par available ho sakta hai.
7. Editing & Revisions
- One round of basic revisions (color, crop, minor retouch) package mein included hai.
- Additional edits ya creative changes par extra charges apply honge, depending on scope.
- Raw files sirf special request par, extra cost ke saath provide kiye ja sakte hain.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Company unforeseen events (jaise weather, technical failure, natural disasters, etc.) ki wajah se hone wale delays ya damage ke liye zimmedar nahi hai.
- 9. Force Majeure: Kisi bhi aise event ke case mein jo humare control ke bahar ho (flood, fire, strike, lockdown, etc.), contract suspend ho sakta hai bina liability ke.
10. Privacy, Marketing & Law
- Privacy Policy: Client data (photos, videos, personal info) ko hum secure rakhte hain. Detailed privacy policy ke liye contact karein.
- Model Release & Marketing Usage: Company apne portfolio, website, aur social media par client ki tasveerein/videos use kar sakti hai, jab tak client written objection nahi deta.
- Governing Law: Ye agreement [Your Country/State] ke laws ke under govern hoga. Disputes ka jurisdiction wahi hoga.
